An approximate head count is needed in order to schedule staff and make necessary food preparations. A final head count is required no later than 10:00 AM. We urge your funeral director to contact us with any last minute changes as to the count. Groups under 25 please add $1.00 to selections. An invoice can be mailed for settlement of the guest check unless other arrangements have been made. Cash or Checks are accepted forms of payment. Payments made by credit card are subject to a 5% surcharge.
